After getting estimates from two other companies, I can confidently say that ArchiTelchi Construction was in a league of its own. The first company stood in the street, glanced up at my roof, and immediately started telling me how badly my chimney and chimney cap needed to be replaced. The problem? They weren't even looking at the damaged chimney. They also tried to upsell me on unnecessary work and quoted a price that was nearly five times higher than what other companies were charging. Carlos had a completely different approach. He came out promptly, immediately flew a drone to inspect the roof, and then personally walked the roof to identify exactly what needed to be repaired. He took the time to assess everything thoroughly, explained his findings honestly, and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. His pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of his work was outstanding. I've worked with many contractors over the years, and it's not uncommon to have to clean up after them or hire someone else to fix unfinished or poorly completed work. That wasn't the case with Carlos. His craftsmanship was impeccable, and everything was done right the first time. I would gladly recommend ArchiTelchi Construction to all of my family and friends.
