Meet the Owner
Carlos Telchi
Carlos has worked in construction for more than ten years, across many trades and every stage of a project, but roofing is where he’s spent the most time, and it remains his specialty. As a Florida State Certified Building Contractor and Certified Roofing Contractor, he’s qualified to build and renovate homes from the ground up and to handle everything from a roof repair or full replacement to a kitchen remodel. His work has earned a strong local reputation under his Eave & Gable Roofing brand, and that same standard carries into every job he takes on with ArchiTelchi.
Alongside his years on the job, Carlos studied at the University of Central Florida, earning a formal education in Computer Science and Finance. He brings that background to the business, always looking for ways to add a technological edge and run projects efficiently, so clients get top-quality work at a fair price.
What hasn’t changed since day one is how he works. Carlos is personally involved in every single project, making sure the quality is there and that clients’ expectations aren’t just met but exceeded. He understands what a home means to the people who live in it, and he treats every property like it matters, because it does.
